Lindsay Lohan Refused To Play The Role Of The Movie Entitled "The Manson Girls"

Lindsay Lohan back a role in a film about the convicted killer Charles Manson in order to accept two other offers, including a guest star turn on the television comedy "Ugly Betty", her publicist said Friday.

Spokesman of Lindsay Lohan, Leslie Sloane, said 21-year-old actress was "definitely interested" in "The Manson girls", but she refused online gossip reports that Lindsay Lohan

"Unfortunately (the film Manson) did not come together quite quickly, and it has offered other roles, she accepted and is looking forward," Sloane told Reuters.

The television network ABC announced Monday that Lohan is trying to rebuild his career after a year of personal turmoil, has signed an agreement for future guest star in six episodes of the popular comedy workplace "Ugly Betty," starting this month.

Sloane said Lindsay Lohan has also been cast to star in the upcoming film comedy "The evils of work," produced by Rick Schwartz, whose credits include the films of Martin Scorsese "The Departed", "The Aviator" and "Gangs of New York. "

As described in The New York Post, Lindsay Lohan plays a young woman who pretends to be pregnant to avoid being fired.

For "The Manson girls," Lohan was allegedly committed to play a Manson "family" cult member appointed Nancy Pitman.

But a source with knowledge of the project said producers not put money in escrow in time to organize the availability Lindsay Lohan, leaving it free to take other work.

Manson, now 73, was convicted mastermind of the horrific 1969 murder of Hollywood actress Sharon Tate - the pregnant woman director Roman Polanski - and six other people during a two-day toll in the region of Los Angeles.

Initially sentenced to death for ordering his followers to carry out the massacres, he is now serving a life sentence at the State Prison in Corcoran California.

Lindsay Lohan has not played in a feature film since last year's flop "I Know Who Killed Me."

She spent much of 2007 on the public scene after being arrested twice in one month for drunk driving and re-entered rehabilitation in a relapse of drug addiction that cost her a role in a film produced and performed by Oscar winner Shirley MacLaine.

The previous year, a studio executive Lohan has publicly criticized repeatedly showing up late on the set of "Georgia Rule", which has accused its late-night clubbing habits. has been removed from this film because of other players have refused to work with it.

Lindsay Lohan No Longer a Manson Girl

Lindsay Lohan will no longer be in the movie, The Manson Girls. It was reported in late March that Lindsay Lohan would be playing Nancy Pitman, a once-loyal member of Charles Manson’s cult in Manson Girls.

The movie, which was set to begin production this July, was an indepdent feature written and directed by Matthew Bright. Despite the fact that Lindsay agreed to the movie (reportedly) for only $75,000, the rumor is that the agents were having trouble finding people to co-star with Lindsay.

So, for whatever the reason, I’m sad that Lindsay Lohan will no longer be in the film. I am not sure I liked it for her, I’d rather she be in a blockbuster right now to get her back on the market, but it’s still sad news.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were spotted coming out of Dan Tana’s Italian restaurant in Hollywood, where they had dinner. The paparazzi pointed out something that I hadn’t even noticed, since it had happened so gradually…. no more fake tans or bronzers!! Dina & Ali Lohan at “Event to Prevent”

Dina Lohan and Lindsay’s little sister Ali Lohan attended the 5th Annual Candies Foundation "Event To Prevent" Benefit, held at Cipriani in New York City on May 7th.

The "Event to Prevent" Benefit is held to raise awareness of the consequences of teen pregnancy.

As you know, Dina Lohan was honored with a Top Mom award this week. That got Michael Lohan angry - very angry. He’s seen in a video (after the jump) claiming that Dina was skipping a court-appointed family session and has called the Mingling Moms organization "a joke" for giving Dina the award. He ranted on and on about why he felt that way.

Dina responded saying Michael is on a mission to destroy her and fears he will violate his restraining order. As of right now, she feels he’s violating it by using the media to talk to her. Much more is said here (what a mess!)

Lindsay Lohan “Bossy” Single - High Quality

Lindsay Lohan and Motown Records have released an official version of Lindsay Lohan’s upcoming single, "Bossy". Ne-Yo wrote the dance track, heavy on synthesizer, with Lindsay Lohan in mind:

"I wrote it for her because when she’s on her game, you can see these traits in her. When she’s focused, she exudes the aura of a boss with ease," Ne-Yo explains. "When [producer] Stargate and I were approached with the task, we viewed it as a challenge. ‘Can we make a song for Lindsay Lohan that people were gonna take seriously?’ I think we did it."

Ne-Yo says the track is about strength, about a woman being strong enough to get what she wants. "Bossy" describes confidence and power.

Lindsay Lohan has “Labor Pains”

After Lindsay Lohan made mention very briefly about a new movie entitled "Labor Pains" in a recent interview, I did my best to dig up some info, but came up empty. However, the news has been confirmed that Lindsay Lohan has accepted a role in the Rick Schwartz comedy Labor Pains.

Lindsay Lohan will play a young woman to pretends to be pregnant in order to avoid being fired from her job. When that gets her a bunch of special treatment by everyone involved in her life, her character tries to keep up the lie for nine months.

Rick Schwartz is a veteran producer working on such films as The Departed and The Aviator.

Dina Lohan Receiving Top Mom Award

As I mentioned previously, Dina Lohan was honored last night as one of Lond Island’s Top 20 Moms, an award given by Mingling Moms.

Dina Lohan brought her own mom to the event, 82-year-old Ann Sullivan. Despite how loving that looks, Dina was not in the least bit hesitant to remind guests that she is the mother of Lindsay Lohan, saying:

"I was just watching Lindsay record a track for her third album a few days ago with Snoop Dogg… Lindsay is a wonderful and loving and caring girl who is completely misunderstood. People forget that she’s only 21. I mean what were you like when you were 21?"

Kind of out of context for the award, no? Was she defending her right to be a Top Mom? Citing Lindsay’s accomplishments as her own? My opinions only, but… oh, and Dina says she has never "partied" with Lindsay… if she ever goes to clubs, it’s as Lindsay’s "manager."

Judging by your comments, I know a lot of you share my opinion on the WTF of this award. I honestly think it’s a bit of a publicity stunt. Like "ok, so how many celebrity moms do we have on Long Island? 20? Mmm, k. Let’s honor the Top 20 Moms!" Apparently there was a poll, and Dina placed first, but it’s not online anymore…

One of the Mingling Moms made mention to Radar that they can’t "hold her mom responsible for everything [Lindsay does]", and yet the award is about being a "mom", so… Anyway, take another look at Dina receiving her award:

Dina Lohan is a Top Mom?

What kind of craziness is this? And it’s not a practical joke either. Lindsay Lohan’s mom, Dina Lohan, has been named one of Lond Island’s Top 20 Moms by Mingling Moms.

“We’re just honoring celebrities’ moms on Long Island,” a spokesperson from Mingling Moms tells OK! magazine. “It’s something for Mother’s Day. It’s a list of mothers from Long Island who have raised superstar children.”

Ok, so did they run out of celebrity moms on Long Island or something? And does raising "superstar" children qualify you as a great mom? Anywho, I’m not so mad really as just confused by the logic here.

Dina Lohan reportedly plans to attend the awards ceremony today.

Lindsay Lohan Accidentally Stole Coat

Lindsay Lohan accidentally stole a coat on January 26th at a private party for Stavros Niarchos. According to the Post, Lindsay went to a party at 1Oak where they have a common coat bin. At the end of the night, Lindsay grabbed what she thought was her jacket and left, none the wiser.

However, that $11,000 blond mink coat was not hers, and the girl is angry about it. Masha Markova is the owner of the coat, a gift from her grandmother. Markova didn’t know what happened to her coat until she saw it in paparazzi photos of Lindsay. Markova had her lawyer place a call to Blair Berk and, only hours later, 1Oak called her:

"They were very discreet, never mentioned a name or even the word ‘coat,’ " Markova said. "They just said, ‘We’re going to bring you something.’ "

Markova got her coat back two days later, with light damage and smelling of cigarettes. 1Oak confirms that they did indeed give back a coat. Now, however, Markova is being irrational and asking for $10,000, nearly the full value of the coat, for Lindsay’s accidental "3 week rental".

Lindsay Lohan will be releasing her new album some time this year. She’s still recording additional tracks for the album with collaborations, including the most recent one with Snoop Dogg. This track definitely has the dance vibe that Lindsay is going for.

Lindsay Lohan Photo in Drunk Driving Ad

As shown in the video clip below, Lindsay Lohan’s mugshot was used as part of a campaign by the American Beverage Institute, a group that supports the alcohol industry. The ad appeared in USA Today on Friday.

The mug shot is used in an ad attacking legislation for devices that measure blood alcohol levels inside a car - preventing the car to start until the device has done a measurement. The legislation would require the device for drunk driving offenders, including first-time offenders. The ad reads:

"Ignition interlocks are a good idea for [Lohan’s mug shot] But a bad idea for us [other people drinking]."

The American Beverage Institute says they used Lindsay Lohan because she’s high profile and had multiple DUIs. They want there to be a distinction between first-time offenders and multiple offenders.

There are multiple issues at stake. First, that the ad does not clearly state that it was paid for by the liquor industry. Second, that it suggests that first-time offenders who perhaps that had champagne at a wedding should be excluded (which makes it acceptable, by extension, to drink and drive). And third, though the mug shot is a part of "public domain", its use was, it could be argued, clearly intended to pass judgment on Lindasy Lohan.

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, Blair Berk, responded to the ad, calling it irresponsible:

"Drunk, old, white businessmen, drunk cougars out for girls night out, and drunk wedding parties should be kept off the roads of America. Lindsay Lohan fully endorses ignition interlock devices that have been well-proven to save lives"

ABC Confirms Lindsay on “Ugly Betty”

According to the latest press release from ABC to hit my inbox, Lindsay Lohan has been confirmed as a guest star on Ugly Betty!!

Lindsay Lohan will join the Ugly Betty cast or the Season Finale of season 2, and will re-join them for five episodes in Season 3 (including the season premiere). Lindsay’s character is described as "a mean girl from high school who suddenly resurfaces in Betty’s life."

Lindsay Lohan to Co-Host Wango Tango Concert

Lindsay Lohan is set to appear at the KIIS FM Wango Tango concert in California on May 10th.

According to news reports, Miley Cyrus will be making an eapperance there to perform, as will The Jonas Brothers, Shwayze, Snoop Dogg and Danity Kane. Lindsay Lohan is slated to guest host the event.

Wango Tango is already sold out, so if you don’t have tickets, you’re out of luck! KIIS FM is giving some away, so you can tune in there.

ACDC Dance Battle with Lindsay Lohan

Jon M. Chu (Director of Step Up 2 The Streets) and Adam Sevani (Moose in Step Up 2 The Streets) along with their other Step Up 2 cast members have taken YouTube by storm with a series of "ACDC" (Adam/Chu Dance Crew) dance challenges.

The challenges ask celebrities to compete in the dance battle. So, first ACDC will start a battle, the first one of which was challenging Miley Cyrus and her friend/back-up dancer Mandy Jiroux - and they responded! This newest video, with Lindsay Lohan, is the latest video response to challenge Miley to steup up her game:

Lindsay comes in with the ACDC crew at about the 6 minute mark and then again right at the end. So, it looks like getting celebs into the bunch is part of the new challenge! Will Miley accept the new challenge?

Lindsay Lohan to be on Ugly Betty!

Lindsay Lohan will be making a guest appearance this season on Ugly Betty! And perhaps an extended guest arc next season!

Our early reports had it that Lindsay was in talks for the show… but then the writers strike delayed then cancelled that… but the latest news is very positive!

Ausiello is reporting that multiple sources are confirming that Lindsay Lohan is in advanced discussion to star in the May 22nd season finale of Ugly Betty. In addition to that, there are talks about bringing Lindsay Lohan in for as many as eight episodes of Ugly Betty Season 3.

Could this be an attempt to get the same buzz as Britney Spears on How I Met Your Mother?

As of yet, there are no details concerning Lindsay Lohan’s character on Ugly Betty, but the original idea was for Lindsay to play a fast-food worker that befriends Betty.

Episode #70 in the series asks Hilary how she distracts herself from being homesick when she’s away. Hilary says she can partly get used to it, and she calls home a lot, but she does miss her pets a lot.

Mark David Chapman Obsessed with Lindsay

As you know, Lindsay Lohan starred in a movie about Mark David Chapman. Jared Leto played Mark David Chapman in the movie, Chapter 27, while Lindsay Lohan played a sort of groupie/girlfriend named Jude.

Well, apparently Mark David Chapman is now obsessed with Lindsay. He has been begging her to visit him at Attica State Prison in New York. His cell has photos of Lindsay all over the wall and has been betting to be allowed to write to her. Chapman, diagnosed as a psychotic, is considered so dangerous and at risk from other inmates that he’s kept ina special unit at Attica.

Lindsay Lohan collaborating with Snoop Dogg

The latest word on Lindsay Lohan’s upcoming third album is that she has teamed up with Snoop Dogg to collaborate on one of the tracks.

According to FOX, Snoop Dogg has cut a track with Lindsay that insiders are calling "amazing." Lindsay, who is signed with Universal Music Group, is being given full support (and a very large budget) for this recording.

"UMG is sparing no expense on this recording, bringing in all the usual suspects like Timbaland and Pharrell to make a good record for the rehabbed and revived Lindsay." - FOX

Lindsay Lohan as face of Visa Swap

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly signed on as the new face of Visa Swap, a shop happening this summer in London’s Covent Gardens. The whole idea is for people to bring old clothes to swap for Visa points - later, all the clothes will go up to be re-sold (and bought with the Visa points). Leftover clothes will go to TRAID, a second-hand thrift organization.

Lindsay Lohan will appear in a series of ads for the campaign dressed in vintage clothes. The ads will come out in June. Last year Mischa Barton was the spokesmodel.

Lindsay Lohan is seen here posing on the red carpet at the LG Electronics’ (LG) launch of the Scarlet HD TV series at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood on April 29, 2008. Lindsay Lohan Relapse Reports - Video

As reported earlier this week, there are rumors that Lindsay Lohan has been falling off the wagon (or, at least, is partying a lot!) and both FOX and TMZ have some videos touching on the subject. The FOX is more of a news piece, but the TMZ video is candid footage of Lindsay ignoring the paparazzi as they try to ask her whether or not she’s drinking again:

TMZ’s reporting was actually not so bad this time around. Despite the fact that they start off questioning Lindsay’s sobriety, they admit sources close to Lindsay say she is just going out to support Samantha Ronson and that her sobriety is very important. They report that there will be a sobriety monitor on the set of Lindsay’s next movie.

Ali Lohan to be in “Mostly Ghostly”

14-year-old Ali Lohan has begun filming of her first movie project, Mostly Ghostly.

According to People.com, Ali Lohan will be playing a role akin to Lindsay’s Mean Girls role. Ali will be a "popular high school senior" in the film, which is slated for release later in 2008.

The movie is based on the series by R.L. Stine that includes books such as Freaks and Shrieks (Mostly Ghostly). The series revolves around an 11-year old boy named Max who meets two ghosts, Nicky and Tara. Max agrees to help them find out how they did and what happened to their parents, in return they promise to make his life better. Of course, there are quite a few misadventures.

Given the plot of the books, Ali Lohan’s character may be one of the popular girls who goes to school with Max and who taunts him.

Lindsay Lohan Partying Again?

There are reports circulating that Lindsay Lohan had a little too much fun at Time Square’s Hawaiian Topic Zone on Saturday night. Lindsay Lohan was out to support Samantha Ronson spinning as DJ and was out to 4am the next morning.

Lindsay Lohan reportedly spent the whole night in the VIP section behind the deejay booth. After a while, Lindsay Lohan started to dance. And then reportedly started to drink Grey Goose vodka and Red Bull cocktails.

Lohan really got into the music, tossing her hair around and doing full body rolls – even throwing her hands in the air and singing along to Madonna’s new song "4 Minutes." She also sang along and pumped her chest to "Soulja Boy."

Lindsay Lohan has been going with Samantha Ronson to many of her gigs, including three last weekend in LA, each until the wee hours of the morning.

x17 has some photos of Lindsay in a scene sadly much like that earlier in the year when Lindsay seems passed out in her car on the way home. I think she may simply be tired, but it sure has stirred up a lot of fuss!

Lindsay Lohan Billy Bush Interview

Lindsay Lohan was interviewed by Billy Bush on April 17th. Lindsay is talking on her cell phone for the interview, being chased by the paparazzi. Lindsay definitely has a positive attitude, and it shines through.

Lindsay talks a little about her upcoming third album, and it’s style. Lindsay says it won’t be a dark album about her troubles in 2007 - thinking positively, Lindsay wants to put that behind her. She wants it to be a fun record, free-spirited, and to "represent me in my life now, which is happy." Lindsay is still hoping for some more tracks to line up, perhaps with Akon and Timbaland - she wants to only put forward the best album

In the interview, Lindsay admits to being a little tired of her father, Michael Lohan, talking to the media.

"I just wish that he wouldn’t go and talk to the media. It’s not attractive to me, it really upsets me and I wish he would stop. … I love my father. I just don’t know why he’s doing what he’s doing. It’s a weird situation, very odd."

Michael Lohan has been talking to the media - in as many interviews as he can get, it seems - about why he feels it necessary to re-open his divorce with Dina Lohan. You can find out more about that here.

Lindsay talked with Billy Bush about more than her father, though. She talked about the new Living Lohan reality series with her mother and sister, which she is not involved in. Lindsay admits it may help take some of the distraction away from her. She says her little brother is having fun with it, and her mom has been doing her best to keep her calls to Lindsay private.

This video segment from True Hollywood Story (THS) tells the Lindsay Lohan story. It was aired last night by E! (perhaps as a run-up to the Living Lohan reality series?). It starts off with Lindsay Lohan’s childhood, as told by Dina and with others interviewd.

From Dina Lohan’s start as a mom with little Lindsay, to the troubled Lohan family life, which started right when Lindsay was a toddler. The video shows a lot of adorable pictures of Lindsay Lohan as a kid (screencaps below), as they chronicle Lindsay’s first moves in modeling. We follow Lindsay has her career progresses, and sadly as her family life falls apart.

Dina Lohan the Stage Mom

Showbiz Tonight also snuck a little segment in to their programming about "Stage Moms", and of course Dina Lohan sticks out in that category. The commentary surrounding show moms basically had them as being the ones "addicted to the limelight" and that it’s all about knowing when to push (when the kids want to go after something) and when pushing is simply pushing:

So, I ask - does Dina Lohan try to live her life through her daughters? Now that Lindsay is grown up, is she doing that to Ali? Is Ali too young to make these decisions on her own?

Michael Lohan on Showbiz Tonight - Continued

The two-part interview segment with Michael Lohan on Showbiz Tonight (see part 1) continues with Michael talking about his issues with Dina, his strained relationship with his kids, about why he’s taking these issues public, and about Lindsay’s troubles. He gets pretty specific about Dina Lohan and how she’s keeping their children from bonding with him by cancelling appointments. In some ways, though, he’s not specific about how Dina is affecting the situation. And that makes the whole thing a little suspicious. First, more from part 1 (and I apologize in advance for ranting later on):

I can understand that Michael is frustrated that he has hit some stalls with his family, but Michael is abusing his own celebrity status, and that of his family, to get the attention of the court. Nobody else is afforded that kind of liberty, and I know that I wouldn’t look kindly on it if I were a judge. Regardless of whether or not Dina has a facade, or whether or not there are issues, I don’t believe family issues should be taken to such a public forum. Particularly with how much this public attention is likely to hurt the kids.

I think it’s also a bit egotistical to say that Michael is the sole reason that Lindsay is doing well or not. That is like saying that a seed can sprout with just water and not with sunshine. There are simply too many factors involved, and whether Michael is around or not around can’t be the sole factor contributing to Lindsay keeping out of trouble or not. Particularly when now is so much different for Lindsay, as an adult - Michael does need to realize that Lindsay doesn’t have to listen to him if he chooses to "put his foot down", as he states.

In this post, Michael Lohan goes off about Lindsay’s friends and about Dina’s choice to do a reality tv show. Michael says he talks to Lindsay all the time, and that does honestly tell Lindsay that some of her friends may not be good friends.

Lindsay Lohan With Her Gal Pal Samantha Ronson

As soon as it comes to keeping moderate, Lindsay Lohan does it with a small assist from her friends. Well, one friend in particular… Samantha Ronson.

A day gone by the “Mean Girls” actress was seen out with her DJ gal friend captured a few lunch at Joan’s on Third. Later than their snack, Ronson donated to Jerry’s Kids before driving Lindsay Lohan back home.

Then Lindsay Lohan headed over to the Renaissance Hotel for a company meeting prior to stopping by a hair salon to get a little mollycoddle.

And according to rumor, Samantha has ‘pretty much moved in’ with Lindsay Lohan in order to help keep the troubled singer/actress clean and moderate.

According to an insider, “Sam still has her own place, but she spends every night and Lindsay Lohan’s,” to keep her from being enticed back into drinking and drugs.

Michael Lohan on Showbiz Tonight

Michael Lohan has felt the "need" to continue airing his family’s dirty laundry in the media, going to yet another press outlet to talk about re-opening the divorce case between himself and Dina Lohan. They do ask Michael why the media is being brought into the picture, and give an expert opinion of whether or not it is the court’s place to interfere in the family issues being brought up.

Here is his interview with Showbiz Tonight, which aired last night:

The segment also includes more information, including Michael’s opinion on Lindsay Lohan’s choice of friends and her choice of nighttime activities. Neither of which he approves of! And he’s not afraid to get heated about it on television. As always, Michael is not afraid to speak about Lindsay to the media. I really am torn between being happy he’s trying to stop it, and being unhappy about how he’s doing it. Some of it will be continued later today on Showbiz Tonight.

Even the Showbiz Tonight folks even think that both Dina and Michael should just stop talking to the press. Michael is still under the impression that Lindsay’s life was perfect when he and Dina were talking, but what he doesn’t seem to understand is that she’s older now. So, regardless of her parents, her life is and will be dramatically different now, as an adult, than it was as a child.

Michael Lohan Disputing Divorce Claims

OK! Magazine is reporting that Michael Lohan is disputing some of the divorce claims. The New York Daily News is claiming that Michel is reopening his divorce case with Dina Lohan because Lindsay has yet to see her ailing grandmother - however, this is untrue. Although Michael Lohan is opening the divorce, it is for other reasons.

"To address the article in today&http://feeds.b5media.com/~r/b5media/LohanGroupie/~3/270271351/#8217;s Daily News, let me say this: Lindsay has nothing to do with me opening my divorce case or any other suits that are being filed against Dina, and Lindsay has been in touch with both my parents.”

The Daily News reports that none of the grandchildren have seen their grandparents - not when Michael&http://feeds.b5media.com/~r/b5media/LohanGroupie/~3/270271351/#8217;s mother was in a car accident, and not his father, who is dying in the hospital and just went into heart failure again. The report claims that this, and Michael&http://feeds.b5media.com/~r/b5media/LohanGroupie/~3/270271351/#8217;s desire to sue Dina for her upcoming Living Lohan show, which he claims was her idea, caused him to open the divorce again.

“The facts are Dina defrauded me and breached her divorce contract with me, just like she does to so many others,” he continues.

Dina Lohan took the house and all the furniture in the divorce agreement, as well as a sum of cash. Michael claims that Dina owes a lot of money to people and is not afraid to claim other people&http://feeds.b5media.com/~r/b5media/LohanGroupie/~3/270271351/#8217;s ideas as her own. She "use[s] Lindsay&http://feeds.b5media.com/~r/b5media/LohanGroupie/~3/270271351/#8217;s name to do it," Michael claims. Michael does not deny the Daily News was incorrect about Living Lohan, indeed he confirms it to a degree. Michael seems angry that Dina&http://feeds.b5media.com/~r/b5media/LohanGroupie/~3/270271351/#8217;s brothers, who are themselves in a lot of police trouble, are hidden from the show despite it being "reality" tv.

So, Michael Lohan and Dina Lohan are going back to court and Michael hopes people will see the "truth" in what "values" Dina has. Delivered with typical Michael oomph, of course.

Lindsay Lohan In Her New Film Entitled "Florence"

The Hollywood actress and singer Lindsay Lohan will undress in the low budget film entitled "Florence".

The star of "I Know Who Killed Me" will be paid $ 75000 to act as a waitress addicted to sex, fame-mania.com reported.

Allegedly, with this film Lindsay Lohan wanted to prove that it was worthy of an actress, and had no problems appearing naked in front of the camera.

It has already laid bare for the New York Magazine, recreating the legendary Marilyn Monroe last photo shoot of naked.

Lindsay Lohan posed on February 5 at the Hotel Bel-Air, as was veteran lensman photographer Bert Stern, who had photographed Monroe in its last session in 1962, people.com reported.

When it came to be naked in front of the camera, "I was comfortable with it," Lindsay Lohan said.

Looking very elegant in an all-black ensemble, Lindsay Lohan made an appearance at Club Villa in Hollywood, California, last night.

The "Mean Girls" starlet brought along a patent leather jacket with a black top and a pair of uber-trendy black leggings. And according to rumors, legging it is starting a line of his own.

And speaking of career, it is reported that the 21-year-old singer / actress can be naked in all new low budget films for the basement price of $ 75000.

That's right, Lindsay Lohan becomes naked on the screen as a waitress hungry for sex in the upcoming flick "Florence." A source told the press film, "She just wants to remind people that they can act, and it is worth hiring. She said it would be no problem to appear naked."

Lindsay Lohan Sued

Lindsay Lohan has been sued, yet again. This time, by an ex-bodyguard named David Kim. David is claiming he is owed more than $55,000 for security and other services for the 5-month period that he was in her employ during 2006 and 2007.

The suit was filed yesterday in the LA Superior Court and alleges fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of oral contract and labor code violations.

Lindsay is claiming never to have employed or known the bodyguard.

Lindsay’s Album Is On Track

The rumors about problems with Lindsay Lohan’s 3rd album were, as we thought, untrue. People.com has talked to various sources, uncovering the truth. The album may be coming within a few short months!

"She already has four songs [completed]. It’ll be a fall release and they’re looking to sneak a single to radio this summer," a source close to Lohan tells PEOPLE.

Fabulous news! Lindsay Lohan’s rep also denies that Lindsay has been anything but co-operative during the album process. Timbaland’s people also confirm that Lindsay has not had meetings with them to cancel. And, here’s more:

A Universal Music Group spokesman told PEOPLE in a statement: "Recent reports about Lindsay Lohan and the status of her upcoming album are completely and factually untrue. What is true is that she continues to be extremely focused and hard at work on the project. And as a company, we are looking forward to releasing the album when she is done."

Lindsay Lohan was photographed early on April 4th hanging with her good friend Patrick. They went to Fred Segal on Melrose Avenue, Chris McMillan Salon in Beverly Hills, and even stopped for food at Taco Bell.

There is a rumor, starting from Star magazine (not reliable) that Lindsay Lohan has taken on another movie role. This one, perhaps the most controversial yet. The movie is entitled Florence and Lindsay is reportedly signed on to strip naked as a sex-addicted waitress. And all for the low-low price of $75,000.

A source tells the magazine, "She just wants to remind people she can act and she’s worth hiring."

Problems with Lindsay Lohan CD?

More rumor: that there are problems with Lindsay Lohan’s third album. I hope, and am pretty sure, this is not true! I never trust stuff that’s reported on the New York Daily News, so I’m going to say things are probably just fine.

What they are saying is that Lindsay is not being overly co-operative in scheduling for her latest album. Despite her earlier assurances that she wants to work with Timbaland, some insider says two meetings with him have been cancelled. To counter that probable rumor, Lindsay’s rep says no meetings existed and Timbaland has not been formally approached to collaborate.

Universal Motown execs still are hoping to release Lindsay’s new CD in 2008.

"Universal is trying to make her new album a success by lining up great producing talents, and, recently, they even hooked Timbaland. But Lindsay has canceled their planned meetings twice," says the snitch.

The snitch says that Lindsay rejected some of the initial tracks that Ne-Yo wrote for her, though he has laid claim that the track is done in an earlier interview.

I smell rumor and lack of fact checking, don’t you?

Lindsay Lohan Candids Roundup

Well, if you’ve been wondering what our miss Lindsay Lohan has been up to, I’ll tell you! Follow the links for a photo adventure.

On March 30, Lindsay and Samantha had a good giggle in the parkinglot outside Beachwood Market. Gotta wonder why Lindsay is holding her hand to her face the whole time, though. Later, the two come out just loaded with groceries.

On March 31st, Lindsay was seen around Hollywood in a very Lindsay-outfit of tight black jeans, bordering on leggings, with a gold stenciled tee and cute jacket. Samantha Ronson played chauffeur.

Later that night, Lindsay Lohan paid another visit to Nicole Richie wearing a tshirt that says "momentary lapse of reason".

On April 3rd (I think), Lindsay and Samantha were shocked when they came out and found that their car had been taken to Hollywood Tow Yard - and a big scratch was seen on the bumper. Lindsay and her assistant try to sort it out. Photos below (sorry for watermark)

Apparently Lindsay Lohan was quite the diva when it comes to displaying the collection for meetings and songs for his new project. And execs at Universal Motown beginning to sweat.

A source said in the press, "Universal tries to make his new album, a success by aligning the production of large talent, and lately they have even hung Timbaland. Lindsay But cancelled scheduled meetings twice . "

And that's not all - the "Mean Girls" actress was also too picky about the qualifications of his new album. She rejected several songs hitmaker Ne-Yo, who wrote to draw talent Rihanna, Celine Dion, and Usher.

Lindsay Lohan to be in “Everyone Nose” music video?

There is a rumor that Lindsay Lohan will be making an appearance in the music video for the song "Everyone Nose" by N.E.R.D. The song about cocaine.

The video not only featured the three primary guys in N.E.R.D. - Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo of the Neptunes, and their childhood friend, Shay - but also Lindsay Lohan… Oh and since the song alludes to a certain narcotic typically ingested via one’s nostrils, there was also a guy in a giant nose costume with a big white smear hanging out on set

According to eye witness accounts, via MTV, that a fight broke out Wednesday night on the set of the music video. Lindsay Lohan was said to have visited the set three hours before the fight erupted. There are even photos of her on set!

Somehow I doubt, even as a spoof, Lindsay would be in a music video for this song. What do you think?! Is the Rumor true?!

Michael Lohan is not happy that Lindsay has signed up to star in the Charles Manson movie, aptly titled Manson Girls.

"I don’t know who is making her decisions for her," Michael Lohan told us. "But I just wish she would go back to those family-style films - ‘The Parent Trap,’ ‘Freaky Friday,’ you know. This is a bad decision, and I don’t know who is telling her to do it."

I personally think it’s a step in the right direction for Lindsay. An adult role, a serious drama. As controversial as Charlize Theron in Monster. These are important movies.

Dina & Ali Lohan Home Tour

Dina Lohan and Ali Lohan took Access Hollywood and Stacy London into their home with a segment that aired on April 2nd called "Lohans at Home". The segment is a special look into the filming of the E! reality series, Living Lohan.

They show a lot of Lindsay Lohan pictures during the tour, as well as the five dogs who live at the Long Island home. Dina points out a bin full of magazines featuring Lindsay Lohan on the cover. Check out the video below:

Despite all the face time Lindsay gets in the segment, it’s merely to point out that Lindsay will not be on the reality show. Dina says it is a step back for her. Despite the tabloids, Dina is only a little worried for Ali in the business - says Ali is talented, and this is what she has to do. Ali Lohan is home schooled because the family’s profile, particularly Lindsay’s, resulted in too many ‘mean girls’. Some girls got suspended after putting a video of Ali on YouTube.

So, in the footage, Lindsay is trying to decide between Cheerios and Honey Nut Cheerios. The studio-Lindsay is narrating how that was a ‘little much’, and adds in commentary on Lindsay wearing leggings, again, among other things. Check it out:

Jared Leto at Chapter 27 Press Conference

Jared Leto and the director for Chapter 27, Jarrett Schaefer, hosted a Q&A about the film in New York on March 29. Lindsay Lohan was not there to promote the film, but I wanted to bring over some of the news. First, you can check out an interview here, which offers some insight into why Lindsay Lohan chose to work with a first-time director on this movie:

"I guess I beat the odds," he observed. "I know she really liked the writing, really liked the sort of earnestness of the script. And when you’ve got three great producers who have great credits each all coming together for this one little movie, you’re not exactly a first time director although you are. She trusted me and wanted to do a film like this. I think what’s great about Lindsay is that her work is getting infinitely more interesting and complex."

Lindsay Lohan managed to keep out of trouble since his release rehabilitation, and it seems that Lindsay Lohan is slowly but surely be turning in his career.

Having recently completed her big screen role opposite Jared Leto in Chapter 27, Lindsay Lohan has now acceded to star in a notorious murderer flick about serial killer Charles Manson.

According to press reports, 21-year-old starlet Mean Girls is the portrait of one of Manson's cult followers, Nancy Pitman, in the movie titled Girls Manson.

The producer of the film, Brad Wyman, confirmed that speculation was Lindsay casting for the role, telling E!: "Yes, I am doing with Lindsay."

In addition to her new role, Lindsay Lohan is also in the middle of recording a new album and costar in a forthcoming film by Jack Black, Ye Olde Times.

Lindsay Lohan Reviews for ‘Chapter 27′

Since Chapter 27 has now pre-screened in a couple of theaters across the US, and is soon to have it’s Opening Weekend for the April 4 night (you can win tickets!), I thought I’d check out some of the reviews. The reviews from the premiere overseas were luke warm, although Lindsay Lohan received a lot of praise. Here are some insights from recent reviews of Chapter 27.

The film itself is criticized in writing/direction for a poor aesthetic, and jumbled postmodern references that just don’t quite fit. Lindsay, however, gets some good reviews for her ability to take on a role (as Jude) that embodies so much (representing ‘all fans’) - she is supposed to fade into her role, but is given pivotal roles by providing Chapman with access to John & Yoko’s son. The movie is said to stumble after ‘Jude’s’ part is over.

Gothamist gives a poor review of the film, but a good one of Lindsay:
"Supporting characters like Lindsay Lohan, who, perhaps by contrast, comes off as refreshingly charming and adorable here, can’t wait to get the hell away from the self-absorbed Chapman."

The New York Daily News gives a more positive review, understanding that the point of the film was to get into Chapman’s head, and to see the world in his distorted perception. Yes, it is dizzying, but that’s part of the point.

TVGuide says the movie is painfully slow, too wrapped in self-pity, without much action. But that was true to Chapman in reality - perhaps too true for film
"Lohan is fine as the fictitious embodiment of all fans with nothing more sinister in mind than securing an autograph or exchanging a few words with their idols"

You can read more reviews listed from Rotten Tomatoes, which gives the film an 18% overall. Keep in mind, independant films don’t always "click" with mainstream audiences, but they can still be amazing. If you take out that this is not an "action" flick, but a documentary look into the life of a boring and crazy man, and how that impacted the world, then perhaps you will see the true gems of the movie.

Lindsay Lohan in Charles Manson Movie

Lindsay Lohan is set to star in another new movie (Go Lindsay!) called Manson Girls.

E! reports that Lindsay Lohan has signed onto the film to star as Nancy Pitman, a once-loyal member of Charles Manson’s cult. The film will be produced by Brad Wyman of Junction Films. Manson Girls will shoot after Ye Old Times is completed, and will be due out in 2009.

About Lindsay Lohan’s character, Nancy Pitman: Nancy grew up in a wealthy home in Malibu. At 16, a friend introduced her to Manson. Nancy moved in with Manson and The Family, and become one of his most ardent followers. And she was there with him when Manson dispatched members of his "Family" to the home of an ex-business associate Terry Melcher, where they killed actress Sharon Tate and four others. Nancy Pitman (aka Brenda McCann) later was a part of the Aryan Brotherhood and was sent to prison as an acccesory after the fact to murder. You can read more about Manson here, and Nancy here.

Despite Lindsay’s troubled 2007, I think her model behavior of late has had an impression on the film industry, as the production company is insuring her for the film.

There was also a probably untrue scoop last week that Lindsay Lohan would star in a movie with Britney Spears called When Good Girls Go Bad - but the whole concept just sounds like a farce.

Dina Lohan ordered to pay ex-bodyguard

Dina Lohan has been ordered to pay $300,000 (plus interest & legal fees) to Lindsay Lohan’s ex-bodyguard Antonio Almeida and ex-bodyman Mitchell Chait.

Dina Lohan was sued last year for not living up to her side of a settlement. Their claim was that they loaned Dina money to help kick-start Lindsay’s career in 2003, and they were not paid back. The judge found in favor of Chait and Almeida this week. If Dina does not pay, her E! reality show, "Living Lohan", paycheck will be garnished. Dina’s legal team says they will pay, or fight, the order.

Lindsay Lohan Doing Shopping

Easter weekend was very busy, but this has not slowed Lindsay Lohan. She was back again yesterday, running throughout the city and hanging with friends.

Lindsay Lohan started the day on the right foot with a little shopping with his buddies in Ventura, California. And she looked very cute in a mini-dress gray sleeveless.

After doing some shopping, the "Mean Girls" actress builds an appetite, so she headed over Katsuya Restaurant on Ventura Boulevard. As she left, the paparazzi had a field day with no makeup singer / actress.

After dinner, Lindsay Lohan hooked up with gal pal Samantha Ronson and proceeded to the living room Villa in West Hollywood for a little nightlife.

Meanwhile, in the same context, the grandmother Marilyn Lindsay Lohan has been involved in a car accident in New York on Sunday (March 23). Press reports say that the elder Lohan swerved to avoid a car oncoming speeding and crashed into trees and a pole. Grandma Lohan was then taken to the Nassau University Medical Center, where she was treated and released.

Lindsay Lohan’s Grandmother in Car Accident

Poor Lindsay, she’s been under so much family stress these days! Lindsay and Michael trying to resolve their issues, Dina coming out with her own reality show, Lindsay’s grandfather in the hospital with terminal cancer, and now Lindsay’s grandmother has been in a car crash (via TMZ). Thankfully, she is ok!

Lindsay Lohan’s grandmother Marilyn (on her father’s side) lost control of her Nissan when swerving to avoid an oncoming speeding car while she was coming home from visiting her husband in the hospital. She hit a pole and a tree on Woodbury Road in Woodbury, NY on May 23. Marilyn Lohan was taken to the trauma unit at Nassau University Medical Center, but was released an hour later.

Michael Lohan felt compelled to issue a statement about the accident:

Her son, a 47-year-old newly born-again Christian, pronounced his mother’s survival an "Easter Miracle."

"Jesus kept her out of the grave today," he said.

Lindsay Lohan's Grandmother Get Involved In A Automobile Accident

Lindsay Lohan's grandmother Marilyn included in the hospital in New York after she was involved in an automobile accident. Marilyn, the mother of the star father Michael, messages lost control of her Nissan after swerving to headlights and crashed into a pole and tree in Woodbury, New York, on Sunday evening, according to TMZ.com.

Lindsay Lohan's grandmother was admitted to Nassau University Medical Center, where she was treated for injuries indefinitely. It was later that night.

Marilyn Lohan is currently supporting her husband Richard, 73, that the fight against colon cancer in the intensive care unit of a hospital in New York.

Ne-Yo works with many stars, but also turns down a lot of them. There is simply only so much he can do. So, that he worked with Lindsay is a big deal. From MTV:

Lindsay Lohan Sex Tape - FAKE

I don’t like reporting things that are incredibly unreliable, so I didn’t post about the "potential" Lindsay Lohan sex tape when the news started to circulate.

A video, taken by cell phone, was attributed to Lindsay Lohan and her ex Calum Best. At first, only a still was reported. Which of course made the rumors all the harder to dispute. The video has been found [NSFW!]. The shot had a girl giving some guy a blowjob, and of course the press went wild with their accusations.

I will now, however, happily post that it is 100% certain that the girl in the tape is not Lindsay Lohan. Although the girl bears some resemblance to Lindsay, it is in fact another girl. The video in question, and a few others, have been online for months before someone made a claim that it was Lindsay doing the "job".

Independent investigation found the video to be a fake. Calum Best denies it’s him. And, I’m sure in time, we would have heard the same from Lindsay Lohan’s people. Time to drop it.

Lindsay Lohan has fight with family

Lindsay Lohan was reportedly heading out to spend some time with her grandfather for Easter. Lindsay’s grandfather, sadly, is in a Long Island hospital with a terminal case of cancer.

Lindsay Lohan took a private jet from California on Wednesday with plans to do business in New York, then to head home to see her grandfather. However, Lindsay left New York and headed back to LA. E! reports:

A source close to Linds reports that there was some kind of family drama, and the squabbling upset Lindsay enough that she decided to skip her visit home.

But all is not lost. There are still two more days before the Easter holiday. And in fact, our source says she’s considering a change of heart. If so, she could head eastward. Again.

So, I hope everything is ok! The last thing our Lindsay needs is family stress - both from fighting and from the sad deal with her grandfather.

Lindsay Lohan Hit Anger When Asked To Promote Paris Hilton Fashion Line

Lindsay Lohan reportedly threw a fit of anger when she was asked to promote rival Paris Hilton's fashion online.

Lindsay Lohan has agreed to appear at an event to push the Scandinavian Style Mansion in Los Angeles, according to reports from the United States.

But when she arrived at the glitzy event, she discovered that it would actually help promote Hilton own line of accessories.

An unconvinced Lohan then ordered his flacks to dispose of all ads with the name of Hilton on their return, it was claimed.

"Why would Lindsay never walk down a carpet of another celebrity's fashion line where she was never informed before the event?" A friend told Life & Style magazine.

Lohan's representatives say that the star has since received an apology from organizers of the event.

But Hjelmbak Claus, owner of the Scandinavian Style Mansion, was less than impressed. "The tragedy is useless," he said, Life & Style.
